The young director does not believe in micromanagement and as long as his charges follow a maxim that bodes well for the Glue ecosystem he is fine.

Allison is an initially shy, but relentless go-getter who makes sure everyone in the Land of Glue is doing what they are supposed to be doing at all times... including her boss... That is why the various managers under her care are in such capable hands, and the Glue engine has never been better.
